Upload the following information:

• Valid USA government issued photo ID for all adults
• Authorization Form Signed by all Adults (link here: http://www.laurahawley.com/account/acc_files/10000/2453/file/Authorization.pdf  *
• Proof of income showing monthly income of 3 times the monthly rent. 

NOTE: If you are moving to the area, we will need proof of what your income will be after you move.

(If the income of an unrelated adult is less than 3 times the rent, a co-signer or additional deposit up to two times the rent may be considered by the property manager on an individual basis.)

• If you have a dog, submit a digital photo of you with your dog(s)

(No aggressive breeds, mix of aggressive breeds, puppies, or kittens will be allowed)

• If your credit score is less than 600, or no landlord references, you will need a cosigner and/or 2 times the rent in security deposit
• If you need a co-signer, they must fill out an application and be approved also
