FAQ: Do you allow pets?

Our company is pet-friendly and many of the homes we manage do allow pets.  However, this decision is ultimately up to our home owners.  If there is a property that interests you and you would like to know if a pet(s) would be allowed, please review the pet information of the rental listing ​​HERE. If you still have a question, you may make a general inquiry by providing the property address, animal type, breed type, age, and number of pets to us ​HERE.

Please note that due to insurance regulations, guard dog, aggressive, dangerous, and some other breeds are not accepted.  A list of dog breeds that are not accepted is HERE.  We also do not accept puppies or kittens under one year old and all pets must be spayed or neutered. 

If you have a pet(s)

If you do NOT have a pet

​​If you do not have a pet, you will required to fill out a NO PET affidavit.  There is is no charge for this service and is administered by a third-party pet screening tool ​HERE.
